Invitation letter

Hello,

this is Chris the Vicar of St Columb Minor and St Colan Church.

I’m inviting you to use “Ezra" the new free wellbeing web-based app. If you type ezrahub.org into your search engine you can see the webpage.

You then  can set the webpage to your home screen by using this icon or similar,.  And scrolling down to “add to home screen." By spending 60 seconds at the end of each day answering the simple questions of daily life you can record your own wellbeing.

If you share your answers with the Hub an algorithm detects when you are struggling and we will contact you and support you through.  If you prefer someone of your choosing to contact you, you have this choice and we will check with you each time before contacting them. Daily spending 60 seconds self reflecting will gain you  self insights, inspire yourself to improve your wellbeing and enable you to be  pro-active in keeping a healthy mental wellbeing.

The diary feature of the software enables you to look back and see the positives and improvements that you have made. There is also a brief support page of where you can seek help. A explanatory film of less than four minutes is available here:- https://youtu.be/2HgpSgjVl0s. Or here https://www.kerdh.co.uk/445749773 If at any point you are having issues with the app. please contact us at info@ezrahub.org With every blessing,  Chris
