4th April

Tomorrow we remember Kerdh, journey, the pilgrimage of Jesus through Jerusalem to his certain death a week later.We are all on a journey and we can do it in isolation or we can do it war-barth, Cornish for together. WE are not alone, we cope with adversity stronger together. And though we maybe in isolation, in our aloneness we can find ways of being together.

Bind us together Lord, with chords that cannot be broken.

St. Patrick’s Breastplate Christ be with me, Christ within me.

Christ behind me, Christ before me. Christ beside me, Christ to win me. Christ to comfort and restore me. Christ beneath me, Christ above me, Christ in quiet, Christ in danger, Christ in hearts of all that love me,

Christ in mouth of friend and stranger. I bind unto myself the Name,

The strong Name of the Trinity; By invocation of the same, The Three in One and One in Three. Of whom all nature hath creation;

Eternal Father, Spirit, Word: Praise to the Lord of my salvation, Salvation is of Christ the Lord.

Blessing

The Lord God almighty is our Parent loves us and cares tenderly for us, redeems us and defends us, and will lead in a Holy Way.
